This is full of rosemary, definitely one of Kristine's favorites! The Marchesi family has done an exceptional job in infusing the rosemary herb, into their award winning extra virgin olive oil, from the Colli Sabina countryside between Lazio and Umbria. This rich rosemary infused extra virgin olive oil is Kristine's favorite on baked sweet potatoes, nothing else just this, really yummy! It is a classic on the charcuterie tray and cheese board, drizzle over fresh goat cheese for a very nice presentation. It is amazing with Penne pasta, slices of prosciutto, sprinkled with Gorgonzola cheese, chopped toasted walnuts and this oil drizzled over the top.
